YASSSSSSSSSSSSSS I DID IT!! πŸ‹πŸ»‍♀️ Clean n Jerk into a overhead squat. ~ 30kgs and I managed to overhead squat! I am so proud of myself. I am working on unassisted pullups but they're hard. Assisted pullups whether using the machine or a band make me feel like I'm making progress. However I've got to leave the safety net soon... @theoverheardpress

Let's talk about diet πŸ€“πŸ₯‘πŸŽ I get asked a lot about what I eat to help gain muscle. Typically I will eat about 6 times a day, for example I eat a lot of oats with fruit, Greek yoghurt, eggs, sweet potato, chicken, rice, salmon, green veg, avocado (full of rich healthy fats, as an eczema sufferer I have found that these are amazing for the skin).πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘ For a quick, healthy snack rice cakes and peanut are great πŸ‘πŸΌ especially before training.
